G. David DeLozier, a lawyer since the early 1970s, [40+ years] has an extensive background in a wide variety of litigation, business organizational planning, including corporate, partnership and individual tax planning, real estate acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects. In recent years, emphasis has been principally litigation: personal injury civil cases (including accidents and other personal injuries, sex abuse, and medical malpractice); criminal cases (DUI to capital murder); bankruptcy; family law (including divorce, decree modifications, child custody and support modifications); and commercial law (contract disputes and other business disputes). Additionally, beyond the lawyer role itself, there has been extensive business experience at the operational and ownership levels. Additionally he has been involved in several volunteer and pro bono representations for nonprofit organizations and individuals. David has practiced in several of the Superior Courts of the State of Arizona, the Arizona Courts of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court, United States District Court in Arizona, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the justice and municipal courts in Arizona.
Amy DeLozier works as Office Manager and Paralegal for the DeLozier Law Practice with a staff of 5+ staff for the last fourteen years. She oversees the pre-litigation Traffic Accident Cases: working with client to set up medical doctors and chiropractors, composes correspondence, retrieves all medical records and billings, drafts Demand Package for attorney’s review, negotiates settlement figure, negotiates reductions & pays all provider’s bills. She has coordinated, scheduled and arranged court appointments, meetings and travel calendars, including business and social events. Additionally, Amy assesses urgency and priorities before accepting or declining appointments and meetings for the attorneys. In her spare time, she enjoys socializing, traveling and skiing. She is the proud grandmother (Oma) of Jenna, age 11.
Daniel Insera, Graduated from Creighton Law School, cum laude, in 1992. Began practicing law in 1992. He served as a United States Naval Officer for four years and moved to Arizona in 1996. He started working at DeLozier Law in 2009. Additionally, he is currently a professor of Criminal Law and Procedure at a university in Phoenix, Arizona. Daniel is married with two children.
